[Fluxbox-users] StrictMouseFocus not working when lowering windows with right-click

Hi:

I'm running the git tip and noticed that when using the StrictMouseFocus
feature, while the focus does change correctly when I lower a window
using a keyboard binding, it doesn't change when I lower the same window
with a mouse event:

OnWindow Mod4 Mouse3 :Lower

Is this intentional or a bug?
