It began that when I wish to drag and drop the scrollbar on the right
side of the maximized window (typically a browser) I found in fact I am
resizing that window. It must be I dragged the right window border
instead of the right scrollbar. I want the behavior like on Microsoft
Windows that the maximized window could not be resized.
This problem become a big problem recently because I started to use
mouse instead of good-old tracker-ball, a mouse is too easy to flow to
the edge of the right side of the screen.
Can it be done with configuration? I only found "maximizeOver" option
which seems to be only related to whether or not some space should be
preserved for the task bar when maximize.
Thanks.
