Hi guys,
is there a possibility to save session on logout - like, for example, in KDE or Gnome? I really miss this feature.

KDE is a desktop environment
GMONE is a desktop environment
fluxbox is a windowmanager

It manages windows, meaning there is no session management.

ok, but maybe are there some other tools that could give me a possibility to have session management while still using fluxbox? what do you folks use for session management?

Hi. Usually I just use "Exit fluxbox" and then all application running
on it is killed, it is more or less like "logout" feature. If you run a
display manager, you would have been welcomed to login by then. I think
I am alike most fluxbox users who don't use session management at all.

You could tinker with you .fluxbox/startup and apps file to star the
programs you want at startup. That does the job pretty good for me.

For some other dumb app that I may randomly open, I just open it again.
